You really put me to the test here as my records only date back to 1999. With a lot of searching I found the following on a 1997 E-250. These are generic as I couldn't find any referring to a TRiton V-8. They should serve as "approximate figures" only. 1997 Ford E-250 Weights: gross vehicle weight rating 8,600 lbs, curb weight 5,224 lbs, gross trailer weight braked 5,099 lbs, gross trailer weight unbraked 1,000 lbs, front axle weight 4,601 lbs, rear axle weight 5,399 lbs, max legal load 3,375 lbs and max trailer tongue weight 509 lbs.
